Menopause Wellbeing

Every person going through menopause will have their own unique experience, so our work together is tailor-made for you.

With a practitioner’s Diploma in Menopause, I can support my clients through their menopause journey. I can firstly offer support, where you attend a one-off  90-minute session for £75.00.  This session will cover your physical and emotional well-being and a deeper look at menopause, giving you more clarity on what you are experiencing.

Once you have attended the initial session,  you can participate in my one-hour sessions at the normal rate on a weekly or flexible basis, should you need further support.

Some facts about menopause

  • It can affect family life, intimacy, social life and work life
  • It’s important to remember that it is just not women who experience menopause

Menopause symptoms can be different for everybody, and often, when they go to their GP, the symptoms they present are often not linked to menopause by the doctor.

Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner

Menopause is not just about your periods stopping.  Nor is it about just a hormone deficiency.  Menopause is a complete life transition for each woman. It can be similar to puberty, but rather than your sex hormones increasing, your sex hormones will decrease.

Menopause is more likely experienced by many in their 50s, but it can, for some, be much earlier.   Teenagers and children can also experience the symptoms, but because it is not the “norm” for their age, it very often goes undiagnosed.

As a Wellness Practitioner for Menopause, I offer support to help you through your journey.

If you would like to book a solution session, please fill out the form below.

During the session, we will cover your physical and emotional well-being, diet, exercise, symptoms, lifestyle, gut health, stress and why it matters, HRT, cultural impacts of menopause, hormones, and any other subjects you feel you need help with.
