Low Self-Esteem

Low Self-esteem can creep up on us.

Many people do not recognise that they are suffering from low self-esteem, as they feel it is their normal behaviour. Low self-esteem should not be confused with high self-esteem; some people are just naturally shy but have high self-esteem.

Then, for example Рthere could be people who come across as confident on the outside but suffer from low self-esteem internally.  Some people may cover their low self-esteem by teasing and insulting others.

To help build your self-esteem, I will be helping you control and analyse your thoughts, support and encourage you to set boundaries, be more mindful, stop people-pleasing, face your fears, learn to deal with setbacks and let go of negativity around you.
